Hey friends! Today's VSL was a study claiming that even two minutes of introspective writing a day can help to lower blood pressure, raise moods and just generally make one feel better! After reading this I thought, hey that's a good idea! So now I have decided to attempt to blog every day, for a minimum of two minutes, about whatever I happen to feel is emotionally significant at the time.
I am undecided at the moment whether I want this to be a private blog or not, so you can totally read it right now! However, I may at some point want to really bitch and whine about something and not let people see it so if this suddenly becomes unavailable to you (whomever you are, dear reader) then don't even worry about it!
